Knowing your numbers and what they mean is an important first step in taking care of your health. This holiday season, combat the temptations of the holiday season and join us for our Maintain, Don’t Gain Party!

The health screening takes approximately 20 minutes to measure your glucose, blood pressure, body mass index and body fat percentage. Fasting is not required for this screening.

A health professional will review your results with you so these numbers can help motivate you to make healthy choices.
